1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us at intake — your name, phone number, email address, device make and model, IMEI or serial number, and a description of the fault. We also record repair activity such as status changes, parts used and pickup signatures.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to perform and track your repair, to contact you about its status, to issue invoices and warranties, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We never sell your personal information.

3. Device data

Our technicians access only what is required to diagnose and verify the repair. We do not browse, copy or retain your photos, messages or files. Data recovery services are performed only with your written authorisation.

4. Storage and security

Records are held in an access-controlled system with role-based permissions, encryption in transit, and audit logging. Branch staff can only see records belonging to their own branch.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers strictly as needed — for example carriers for network unlock requests, or payment processors for transactions. They are bound to use it only for that purpose.

6. Retention

Repair and invoice records are retained for seven years to honour warranty claims and satisfy tax requirements. You may request earlier deletion of any information we are not legally required to keep.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

8. Contact
